摘要
目的探讨门诊信息化和医疗服务保障体系在提升门诊优质服务水平中的作用。方法总结1年多来门诊信息化建设和医疗服务保障体系在提升门诊医疗服务水平中的经验。结果门诊信息化为医院门诊医疗服务提供了高效的作业工具,提高了就诊效率;SAFE-CARE体系保障了医疗安全和医疗质量,提升了医院管理水平。结论门诊信息化和SAFE-CARE体系式联合应用是解决群众"看病难和看好病"的重要举措。
Objective To investigate the role of out-patient informationization and the SAFE-CARE system in raising the level of outpatient quality service. Methods Summarizing experiences of out-patient informationization construction and the SAFE-CARE system to improve the level of outpatient medical service during the past year. Results Out-patient informa- tionization has provided an efficient operational tool to improve the treatment efficiency; the SAFE-CAREsystem has guaranteed medical safety and quality, and enhanced the level of hospital management. Conclusion Combined application of out-patient informationization and the SAFE-CARE system is an important measure to alleviate the difficulties of the masses medical treatment, and is suitable for promotion and application at all levels of hospitals.
