摘要
目的探讨超低位颈前小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的方法和术式优点。方法将2009年1月至2010年1月确诊的48例甲状腺腺瘤患者随机分成两组:实验组和对照组各24例。对照组采用传统的甲状腺腺瘤切除术治疗;实验组采用超低位颈前小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除术治疗。观察比较两种术式的术中失血量、术后引流量、手术时间、住院时间、临床疗效、切口美容评分、并发症发生率。结果实验组的术中失血量、术后引流量、手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的临床疗效、切口美容评分均显著性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用超低位颈前小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的效果良好。
Objective To explore the significance of surgical approach for ultra low anterior cervical incision in resection of thyroid adenoma. Methods A total of 48 patients with thyroid adenoma admitted in this hospital during January 2009 to January 2010 were randomly divided into two groups, trial group （ n = 24 ） and control group （ n = 24 ）. Patients in control group were given with traditional surgery procedure for resec- tion of thyroid adenoma, and patients in trial group were given with ultra low anterior cervical incision for resection of thyroid adenoma. The intrao- perative blood loss, volume of postoperative drainage, operating time, duration of hospitalization, clinical efficacy, esthetic scores for incision and incidence of complications in these 2 groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results The intraoperative blood loss, volume of post- operative drainage, operating time, duration of hospitalization and incidence of complications in patients of trial group were significantly less than those of patients in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy and esthetic scores for incision in patients of trial group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical significance of ultra low anterior cervical incision for resection of thyroid adenoma is remarkable.
