摘要
目的探讨中医健脾保健干预方法对早产儿生长发育的影响,评价中医健脾法的科学性、有效性,为开展"简、便、廉"的中医保健干预方法提供依据。方法选取新生儿科出院早产儿111例,除外先天畸形和遗传代谢性疾病。随机分为4组,分为对照组、中药组、捏脊治疗组、中药+捏脊治疗组。干预组在对照组常规保健的基础上,分别选用具有健脾作用的四君子汤加味、捏脊治疗进行健康干预,4组均定期观察其体格发育(体重、身长、头围)、免疫三项(IgG、IgM、IgA)指标。结果干预组体重、身长、头围明显高于对照组,且3组干预组间,中药+捏脊治疗组体重、身长、头围明显高于中药组、捏脊治疗组(P<0.05);干预组IgA、IgM、IgG在6个月时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医健脾保健干预方法能够促进早产儿的生长发育,降低患病率,且无不良反应发生。
Objective To explore the effect of Jian - Pi （ invigorating spleen） method of traditional Chinese medicine on growth and de- velopment of premature infants, to evaluate the scientific significance and effectiveness of Jian -Pi （invigorating spleen） method of traditional Chi- nese medicine, and to provide the basis for ＂simple, convenient and cheap＂ intervention method for health care with Chinese medicine. Methods One hundred and twenty premature infants were randomly selected and divided into four groups： control group, Chinese traditional medicine group, kneading group and Chinese traditional medicine plus kneading group, and they were excluded for congenital malformation and genetic met- abolic diseases. Premature infants in cantrol group were given with routine care, and infants in remaining groups were additionally given with Jiawei Sijunzi decoction and ridge kneading therapy for health intervention. AI｜ premature infants in 4 groups were periodically observed for physique growth （weight, height, head circumference and chest circumference） and immune function （IgG, IgM, IgA） indices. Results The weight, height and head circumference in intervention groups were significantly higher than those of control group. Among these three groups with interven- tion, weight, height and head circumference in Chinese traditional medicine plus kneading group were significantly higher than those of Chinese traditional medicine group and kneading group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum levels of IgA, IgM and IgG in intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） at 6 months after treatment. Conclusion Jian - Pi （ invigorating spleen） method of traditional Chinese medi- cine can promote the growth and development of premature infants and reduce the morbidity of diseases without any adverse reaction.
