摘要
药食两用的决明子因为具有多种的药理作用和食用安全被广泛应用在食品工业和医药工业,近年来引进了多种新的提取技术和改进传统提取方法提取决明子有效成分,通过动物实验和临床研究发现决明子具有一些新的药理作用,并研制了一些决明子功能性食品,本文对此进行了综述,为药食两用决明子进一步深度、广泛发利用提供依据,提示方向。
Because of its extensive pharmacological effects and good safety,it is used widely in both food industry and medicine industry. The introduction of a variety of new extraction technology and improvement of traditional extraction method for extracting effective components in Cassia obtusifolia L. seed,the discoveries of its new pharmacological effects through animal experiments and clinical studies,and the development of its functional food in recent years had been summarized in this article,so that it could be further developed and utilized.
