摘要
开发的一步法废润滑油再生工艺(简称XL工艺)把高温絮凝与蒸馏过程有机地结合在一起加工废润滑油,再生润滑油的收率在80%以上,另有5%的轻油和15%的重质燃料油。该工艺流程简单、投资低,为国内废润滑油的再生提供了一条新途径。
A new process for regenerating of waste lube oil was developed which integrates high - temperature flocculation and distillation in one stage. The yield of the regenerated lube oil was more than 80%, while the yields of light oil and heavy oil are 5% and 15%, respectively. The new process had such advantages as simpler process scheme, lower investment and operating costs in comparison with the traditional technologies, so it provided a highly profitable route to regeneration of waste lube oils on domestic market.
