摘要
目的编制适合部队官兵特点的健康教育需求调查问卷,科学评估部队官兵健康教育需求。方法研究分为问卷编制、问卷评定两阶段。问卷编制包括:确定问卷的目标定位、理论框架、题目设置原则;查阅文献、资料,构建初始问卷条目;经专家咨询、讨论,修订,形成终问卷。问卷评定包括:采用G-P分析方法评价问卷中各题目的区分度;进行题目难度分析;计算问卷的内部一致性信度,分半信度系数和Cronbach’sα系数;效度评定,评定问卷的内容效度,用因子分析方法评定问卷的结构效度。结果问卷共形成28个题目,各题目区分度良好,G-P分析t检验结果 P<0.01。题目难度适中,难度系数在0.23~0.79之间。问卷分半信度值为0.894,Cronbach’sα系数为0.886;内容效度良好;结构效度分析,共提出8个公因子,解释总变异的57.69%。结论本问卷题目区分度良好、难度适宜、信度、效度均达到可接受水平,可以应用于部队官兵的健康教育需求调查及健康知识调查。
Objective To develop a health education demand assessment questionnaire for officers and soldiers in PLA, and carry out health education assessment among them. Methods Our study was divided into two parts including questionnaire development and assessment. The questionnaire development included: determining the objective, theory frame and item making principle; establishing primary items; eonsulting experts to develop the final questionnaire. The questionnaire assessment included 4 steps : Good-poor (G-P) analysis was used to assess the division of the items ; Analy- sis of items' degree of difficulty; internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire including split-half reliability and Cronbach' sot coefficient; factor analysis was used to assess construction validity. Results 28 items were generated final- ly and G-P analysis showed each item were statistically significant by t-test ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Items' degree of difficulty was suitable, and difficulty coefficient was between 0. 23 - 0. 79. Split-half reliability was 0. 894 and Cronbach' sct coefficient was 0. 886. The questionnaire had good content validity. 8 factors were produced for the construction validity analysis and they can explain 57. 69% of the total variation+ Conclusion The items had good division and suitable difficulty degree. The health education assessment questionnaire for officers and soldiers in PLA was reliable and valid.
