阐述了青少年电子阅览室的主要工作内涵和正确定位,分析了其存在的重要性,就其服务的功能性与综合电子阅览室、网吧进行了详细比较,认为青少年电子阅览室独特的性质和特点是青少年群体重要的网上安全保障,并对青少年电子阅览室的宣传、管理等提出了一些建议。
This paper describes the main work contents and correct positioning of teenagers＇ electronic reading room,analyzes the importance of its existence,and makes a detailed comparison of teenagers＇ electronic reading room with comprehensive electronic reading room and Internet bar based on its service function,and holds that the unique nature and characteristics of teenagers＇ electronic reading room are the important online security guarantee for teenager groups,and puts forward some suggestions on the propaganda and management of teenagers＇ electronic reading room.
