大涵道比发动机喷管流量系数数值计算与分析 被引量:11

摘要 为了对比外界气体流动因素对大涵道比发动机喷管流量系数的影响,通过数值计算的方法分析了某型大涵道比发动机内、外涵喷管的流量特性,外涵喷管对内涵喷管流量系数的影响和外流马赫数对外涵喷管流量系数的影响,为发动机飞行试验提供数据支持。提出对大涵道比发动机物理模型进行仿真,计算结果表明,在内涵喷管压比NPRcor较小时,外涵喷管的流动对内涵喷管的流量系数有明显的影响,随着压比NPRcor的增大,外涵喷管对内涵喷管的流量系数的影响也相应减小;在外涵喷管压比NPRbypass较小时,外流马赫数对外涵喷管的流量系数的影响较为明显,随着NPRbypass的增大,影响也相应减小。 In order to compare the influences of external gas flow factor on engine nozzles mass flow coefficient, this paper dealt with the study that has been undertaken to analyze the flow coefficients of the core nozzle and the by-pass nozzle using numerical simulation. The relationship of the core nozzle and bypass nozzle flow character were compared with numerical simulation results at different conditions to provide data for engine flight tests. The investiga- tion shows that: at lower NPRcor condition, the flow of the bypass nozzle has obvious effect on the core nozzle flow co- efficient, along with the NPRoorraising up, the effect of the bypass nozzle flow on the core nozzle has become less and less; at lower NPRbyp,~scondition, the exterior air flow mach number has obvious effect on the bypass nozzle flow coef- ficient, along with the NPRbypass raising up, the effect of the exterior air flow mach number on the bypass nozzle has become less and less.
