摘要
通过对我国电子病历发展策略、法制建设及运行机制现状进行分析,提出我国电子病历法制建设及运行机制中存在的主要问题,并提出相关政策建议。
Through the analysis of the future strategy, legislation and the operating mechanism of the Electronic medical records in our country, proposed the main problem of the Electronic medical records’ legislation and the operation mechanism, and proposed the related policy recommendations.
