摘要
某自动机采用转膛工作原理,由于身管与转膛体分离,身管与身管衬套之间、转膛体与转膛衬套之间具有间隙,存在火药气体泄漏现象。在身管长度和弹药状态同样情况下,初速降低约1.8%,接近初速指标的下限值。这给该研制产品使用制式弹药及其射表带来困难。通过内弹道分析,采用加长身管和减小身管、转膛体相关零件之间的气体泄漏等措施,达到提高初速之目的。优化身管外形和结构参数设计,使加长身管的刚度与原长身管基本相当,保证了火炮的射击精度满足战术技术指标。
A type of automatic mechanism makes use of revolver principle.Because barrel is separated with revolver,there are gas escaping from the gap between the barrel and bush in barrel,and from the gap between the revolver and bush in revolver.Muzzle velocity of the revolver gun decreases by 1.8 % under the same conditions of barrel length and ammunition state,and this value comes near prescribed muzzle velocity minimum value.Muzzle velocity of the revolver gun can be increased by means of enhancing barrel length and decreasing gas leakage among relative parts.Optimization shape design of the barrel,the lengthened barrel stiffness can be kept near that of the original length barrel.Thus the prescribed tactic and technical index can be satisfied.
