摘要
目的探讨胆结石采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取98例胆结石患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患者采用常规开腹胆囊切除术,观察组患者采用腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术。观察两组手术平均时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间、止痛药物应用率、术后并发症比较。结果两组患者手术均得到顺利完成,成功率达100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组较对照组手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间短,术中出血量低,止痛药物应用率、术后并发症率低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术,较传统的外科手术方法,所需手术时间短、术中出血量少、患者所承受的痛苦小、并发症发生率低等,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis. Methods 98 cases with gallstones were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 49 cases. Control group was treated with conventionalopen cholecystectomy, the observation group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results Two patients all successfully completed the operation,the success rate was 100%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group, operation time, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the bleeding amount was lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the observation group compared to the control groups pain-relieving drugs should use rate, rate of postoperative complications, lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared to the traditional surgical operation method,laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a relatively wide range of methods of treatment of gallstones, its advantages include： required shorter operation time, intraoperative bleeding, patients with less pain, and occurrence of complication rate is low, it is worth promotion in clinic.
