血镁与2型糖尿病血糖控制及并发症关系的研究 被引量:2

Study on the Relationships Between Serum Magnesium,Blood Glucose and Diabetic Complications

摘要 目的探究血糖控制水平及糖尿病相关并发症与血清镁离子的关系。方法横断面调查902例住院的2型糖尿病患者病史、检测血清镁离子、HbA1c、胰岛功能、肝肾功能、血脂等,并将不同HbA1c控制水平以及糖尿病并发症进行分组比较组间血镁的差别,进一步行多元线性回归分析比较血镁与糖尿病相关指标的关系。结果根据HbA1c水平,将HbA1c在<7%、7%~10%、>10%的水平分为三组进行比较,组间比较发现血镁水平伴随HbA1c的升高而下降,组间比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);糖尿病并发症分组比较发现各组间血镁水平无显著统计学差别(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性分析发现糖尿病并发症与血镁无显著相关(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析示C肽、肌酐、HbA1c是血镁的独立影响因素。结论血糖控制水平与镁离子关系密切;糖尿病并发症与血镁之间未见到明显的相关关系。 Objective To explore the relationships between blood glucose control,diabetic complications and serum magnesium.Methods This was a crosssection study which invested 902 admitted patients with type 2 diabetes.The history were recorded and serum magnesium,HbA1c,blood lipid,funcions of islet,liver and renal were tested.The differences of magnesium were compared through different control level of HbA1c and whether diabetic complications were diagnosed.More over,correlations between serum magnesium and diabetes related indexes were compared through multiple liner regression.Results Three groups were set on the basis of the levels of HbA1c with HbA1c7%,7%~10% or 10%.It showed statistics difference between three groups with rising level of magnesium accompanied with decreasing level of HbA1c.The groups between diabetic complications had no statistics difference(P0.05).The level of magnesium had no statistic correlationships with diabetic complications through Pearson correlation analysis.And C-peptide,creatine,HbA1c were the independent factors of serum magnesium through multiple liner regression.Conclusions Blood glucose control had close relations with serum magnesium,however,no similar result was found between diabetic complications and magnesium.
