摘要
在分析当前水利信息化现状和遇到的"基础资源整合难、遗产系统重用难、数据资源共享难"等共性、关键的问题后,介绍了云计算的概念和关键技术,认为可以将云计算的先进理念和技术应用到水利信息化建设中。最后,给出了已建云平台的实施方案。
After analyzing the status quo of the water resource informatization and the main and common problems encountered, such as the difficulties of integrating the low-level infrastructure resource, reusing the legacy systems and sharing the data re- source, this paper introduces the concepts of cloud computing and the key technologies and it is concluded that cloud computing can applied to the construction of water resource informatization. At last, the paper gives the details of cloud platform' s solution constructed.
