摘要
中原大化三聚氰胺装置采用高压法生产工艺,在生产过程中有大量副产物产生,通过膜分离技术,将副产物分离出去进行高温分解回收利用,实现了装置的清洁生产,本文对在运行过程中出现的问题进行总结和分析,并采取一系列措施,保证了系统稳定运行。
The production process of Zhong-yuan Da-hua melamine device adopted high pressure method, which led to a large number of by-products. By-products were separated out using membrane separation technology and were degradated in high temperature for recycling in order to achieve the cleaner production. This paper summarized and analyzed the problems appearing in process, and took a series of measures to ensure the stable operation of the system.
