基于全过程监测的三峡电站#19机组蜗壳钢板应力分析

摘要 以三峡电站#19机组充水保压蜗壳为例,基于典型断面(4-4断面)的蜗壳钢板应力计的监测结果,分别对施工期的充水加压、卸压,到首次调试运行停开机,再到后期正常运行阶段的蜗壳钢板应力进行了定性分析,并对后期正常运行阶段的钢板应力建立统计模型进行了定量分析,预测了蜗壳在一定时间内的运行情况,获得了蜗壳在各阶段受力的一般规律,证明蜗壳运行正常。 Taking preloading filling generating unit # 19 of Three Gorges Hydropower Station for an example, based on the typieal section monitoring data (4-4 section) of spiral case, the qualitative analysis of steel plate stress are carried out at the conditions of filled water, unloading pressure and first debugging operation in construction period, later period normal operation stage. And then the statistical model is established to analyze quantificationally steel plate stress during the later period normal operation stage. Finally, operation of spiral case at a period of time is forecasted. Therefore. some change laws of spiral case are obtained in each stage, which proves that spiral case is running normally.
