促红细胞生成素抗缺血/再灌注损伤的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 促红细胞生成素(EPO)是一种含唾液酸的酸性糖蛋白,具有促进红细胞生成、释放、调节和维持血液中红细胞水平稳定的重要作用。近年来研究发现,EPO对缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤具有明显的保护作用。现综述EPO对I/R损伤的保护作用及其机制,如抑制细胞凋亡、抑制炎性反应、抗氧化作用、维持循环、增强内源性保护作用及促进修复等,并对EPO的临床应用前景进行展望。 Erythropoietin (EPO) is a kind of acidoglycoprotein with sialic acid, it is the major regulator of proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells to maintain blood cell levels stability. In recent years, some scholars found that EPO had protective effects in the ischemia/reperfusion injury. Here is to make a review on the protective effects of EPO on the ischemia-reperfnsion injury and the underlying mechanisms, such as inhibition of cell apoptosis, anti-inflammatory effect, antioxidation, maintaining circulation, enhancing endogenous protection, promoting repair etc. , and the prospect of the clinical application of EPO is glimpsed as well.
