振动辅助凝胶氮气泡沫调驱实验 被引量:5

EXPERIMENTS ON THE PROFILE CONTROL AND FLOODING BY VIBRATION-ASSISTED NITROGEN FOAM

摘要 振动和凝胶氮气泡沫均可提高油田开采效果,而振动辅助凝胶氮气泡沫研究得较少。利用自制的波场动态模拟实验装置进行静、动态物理模拟,评价复合调驱效果,静态模拟实验优选得到M1和M2起泡剂体系最佳振动频率分别为10Hz和15Hz、最佳振动加速度均为0.3m/s2;在最优振动参数下,动态物理模拟实验结果表明,振动辅助氮气泡沫驱比单独水驱和凝胶氮气泡沫驱的采收率分别提高50.2%和7.4%。与单独凝胶氮气泡沫驱相比,振动辅助凝胶氮气泡沫驱可有效提高泡沫起泡能力、稳泡能力和封堵能力,证明振动用于辅助泡沫调驱可进一步提高油藏采收率。 Abstract: Vibration and gel nitrogen foam can enhance the effects of oilfield production, but the researches of vi- bration-assisted gel nitrogen foam are less conducted. The static and dynamic physical experiments are simulated with the help of self-developed wave-field simulating experimental instrument, so as to evaluate the effects of the composite profile control and flooding. According to the form experiments, the best vibration frequencies of the op- timized M1 and M2 foaming agent systems are seperatively 10 Hz and 15 Hz, all the best vibration acceleration are 0.3 m/s2 ; under the conditions of the optimal vibration parameters, the experimental results of the later simulation show that the recovery factors of vibration-assisted gel nitrogen foam flooding can enhance 50. 2% and 7.4% higher than those of single water and gel nitrogen foam floodings. Comparing with single gel nitrogen foam flooding, the vi- bration-assisted gel nitrogen foam flooding can effectively increase the abilities of foaming, foam stabilizing and seal- ing, so the vibration can be used to assist foam profile control and flooding, and finally the recovery factor of the oil reservoirs can be further enhanced.
