生脉注射液对慢阻肺发作期患者血清BNP、肺功能及氧代谢的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨生脉注射液对慢阻肺发作期患者血清BNP、肺功能及氧代谢的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2012年5月于本院进行治疗的70例慢阻肺发作期患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用生脉注射液组)各35例,将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、2周的血清脑钠肽(BNP)、肺功能及氧代谢指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗后1周及2周的血清BNP均低于对照组,而肺功能及氧代谢指标改善幅度也均大于对照组(P均<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论生脉注射液在慢阻肺发作期患者中的应用价值较高,患者用药后的血清BNP、肺功能及氧代谢的改善均非常明显。 Objective To study the influence of Shengmai injection on serum BNP, pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at attack stage. Methods Seventy patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at attack stage in our hospital ~om March 2010 to May 2012 were selected as research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group (treated by routine therapy) and observation group (treated by Shengmai injection based on routine therapy), with 35 cases in each group. Then the serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism indexes of the two groups before and after treatment in the first and second week were compared. Results /n the first and second week after treatment, the serum BNP of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, while the improvement of pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism indexes were sig- nificantly more profound than those of the control group, all with P〈0.05. Conclusion The application value of Shengmai in- jection for patients with chronic obsmactive pulmonary disease at attack stage is quite high, and improvement of serum BNP, pulmonary function and oxygen metabolism of patients after treatment are very obvious.
