摘要
目的探讨超声引导下射频消融治疗肝脏局灶性结节增生的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2011年8月期间我院18例肝脏局灶性结节增生患者在超声引导下行射频消融治疗的临床资料。结果 18例均成功行射频消融手术,术中及术后无严重并发症发生,经过1～3年随访,11例(61.1%,11/18)结节全部吸收,7例(38.9%,7/18)结节体积较术前明显缩小。结论射频消融治疗肝脏局灶性结节增生是一种安全、微创的手术方案,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia. Methods A retrospective analysis was perform to evaluate the treatment effi- cacy of 18 patients with FNH, who accepted the ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in our hospital form Aug. 2006 to Aug. 2011. Results All the patients were successful in radiofrequency ablation surgery, without serious in- traoperative and postoperative complications. After one year to three years of follow-up, the nodules of 11 patients （77.8~A, 11/18） were disappeared, and the nodule volume of 7 patients （22.2%,7/18） was obviously diminished. Conclusion The radiofrequency ablation is a safe minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of focal nodular hy- perplasia, which is worthy of further promotion.
