摘要
基于国家卫生部重大医改专项背景,通过筛查量表对北京市W社区1091名居民开展脑卒中高危人群筛查工作,并对筛查结果进行统计分析,得出总体高危人群的危险因素排序以及不同人群危险因素的差异情况,为社区卫生服务中心对高危人群进行健康教育等干预措施提供参考依据。
Under the major health care reform of the ministry of heahh, there is a screening program towards 1 091 residents of the W community through the screening scale to find out high-risk groups, and using statistical methods to analyze the screening results to know the rank of risk factors and differences in risk factors for different groups of people, which help to make health guidance and interventions for the community health service centers.
