某部中高级干部营养KAP状况调查分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解军队中高级干部营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)状况,为今后对其进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法选取某部208名中高级干部,用问卷调查的方法对其进行营养KAP调查。结果收回有效问卷188份,有效率90.38%。营养知识平均得分为(11.04±2.83)分,得分率为69%;88.9%的被调查对象对营养教育持积极态度;营养行为普遍存在不科学现象,如牛奶的进食频率较低,饮食偏咸、偏油腻或偏辣,吸烟、饮酒过量,缺乏运动等。性别、年龄对营养KAP的影响差异无统计学意义。结论军队中高级干部营养KAP状况不容乐观,非常有必要对军队中高级干部进行营养知识教育。 Objective To understand the situation about nutrition knowledge, attitude, and practice among moderate and advanced military cadres so as to provide the basis for future nutrition and health education.Methods A questionnaire survey about nutrition KAP was conducted among 208 moderate and advanced military cadres selected by cluster sampling method. Results The number of valid questionnaires was 188 and the efficiency rate was 90.38%.The average score of nutrition knowledge was (11.04±2.83)and the scoring rate was 69%;88.9% of those surveyed on nutrition education takes positive attitude to nutrition education.Moreover, there is a prevalent unscientific phenomenon on nutrition practice, such as low frequency of milk feeding, eating salty, greasy or spicy, smoking and excessive drinking,lack of exercise.There were not significant differences for nutrition KAP in gender and age.Conclusion The nutrition KAP among moderate and advanced military cadres can not be optimistic, so it is necessary to carry on nutrition education on moderate and advanced military cadres.
