摘要
针对某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿原生产工艺流程不能适应原矿含铜量变化的特点,采用浓缩脱药、擦洗脱药和重新调浆的方法进行了铜铅分离工艺的改进和应用,铜精矿品位和回收率比原生产工艺分别提高了2.2%和51.34%,铅精矿品位提高了3.67%,达到了有效分离的目的。
According to the characteristic of the original process no longer matching the variation of copper content in raw ore, the method of de-reagent by thickening, scrubbing and re-conditioning were adopted to improve the efficiency of Cu-Pb separation process and to put them into practice. Finally the grade and recovery of copper concentrate has been improved by 2.2% and 51.34% respectively, while the lead concentrate grade increased by 3.67%, and efficient separation of Cu-Pb was achieved.
