摘要
为离子液体氯化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑〔[C8Mim]Cl〕在生产中的应用提供科学依据,进行了[C8Mim]Cl对锦鲤的急性毒性和遗传毒性试验。结果表明:[C8Mim]Cl对锦鲤24h、48h、96h的LC50分别为270mg/L、197mg/L、148mg/L;随着[C8Mim]Cl浓度的升高和时间的延长,锦鲤的红细胞微核率明显升高,且各处理组的微核率均显著或极显著高于空白对照组。结论:[C8Mim]Cl对锦鲤有显著的急性毒性和遗传毒性,因而推测其大量使用可能对水生生物及生态环境具有一定的毒害作用。
The acute and genetic toxicity of [-C8 MimiC1 on C. carp were studied to provide scientific references for [CaMim]C1 application. The results showed that [CsMim]Cl's LCs0 of 24 h,48 h and 96 h were 270 rag/L, 197 mg/L and 148 mg/L respectively; The micronuc[eus rate of tested fish increased with the increase of treating concentration of ion liquid and time prolonging. The micronucleus rates of all the groups were significantly or very significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: [Ca MimiC1 had significant acute and genetic toxicity on loach, which suggested that the using of [Ca MimiC1 in industry may have certain toxic effect to aquatic organisms and ecosystem.
