摘要
分析简阳大耳山羊不同年龄性别组粪尿养分含量的变化,为降低粪尿排放造成的污染和调配科学高效的饲料配方提供依据.试验山羊按年龄、性别分为A,B,C和D四个组,采用ICP-OES 6300 Radial测定有机质、全氮、全钾,并参照NY525-2002《有机化肥》评价分析.结果显示,1岁组山羊粪有机质、全氮、全钾含量均高于3岁组,公山羊组中全氮、全钾含量高于母山羊组.结论,简阳大耳山羊不同年龄、性别粪、尿中养分含量有较大差异.建议根据国家《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001)和国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)和NY/T816—2004肉羊饲料标准拟定适合不同年龄性别山羊的饲料配比.
In order to provide scientific evidence for reducing emissions of feces pollution and confecting efficient formula feed, this paper analyses fecaluria nutrient contents changes of Jianyang big-eared goats in different ages and gender groups. Test groups are divided into A, B, C and D groups by age and gender. 1CP-OES 6300 radial instrument is adopted to measure organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium contents, and NY525-2002 "organic fertilizer" evaluation analysis is also conducted. The results show that, the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium in 1 years old group are higher than those of the 3 years old group, and that the contents of total nitrogen,total potassium in male group are higher than those of the female group. It is concluded that there are greater differences in different ages and genders for the fecaluria nutrient contents of Jianyang big-eared goats. This paper suggests that the scientific teed formulation should be made for goats of different ages and genders according to the national regulation such as discharge standard of "Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding"(GB 18596-2001), "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996), NY/T816-2004 Mutton Sheep Feed Standard and so on.
