摘要
在轧钢工艺中轧制规程的设定是最为核心的内容,轧制规程的好坏直接决定着轧钢生产的产品质量和生产效率.优化轧制规程一直是轧钢工艺中的一项重要课题,传统的优化理论和方法虽然已经取得了一定的成果,但在某些课题的研究中由于硬件条件无法达到预定的要求,导致优化的速度和搜索的范围存在很大的局限性.介于此,引入粒子群算法对热连轧带钢轧制规程进行了优化,该算法有效地缩短了轧制规程优化的时间,提高了轧制规程设定研究的工作效率.
To set a rolling schedule is necessary for rolling process; it is closely bound up with the quantity of the products and production efficiency. Optimizing the rolling schedule is always a major issue. Now, the traditional optimization theories and methods have already gotten some achievements, while, in the research on some subjects, the hardware dissatisfies the demands, and the speed of optimization and the hunting zone are limited. Because of those, this paper optimizes the rolling schedule in the way of particle swarm optimize algorithms. It shortens the time of rolling schedule optimization, improves the work efficiency of rolling schedule setting research.
