摘要
采用均衡凝固原理设计差速器壳的水平分型无箱射压造型铸造生产工艺,并利用华铸CAE软件模拟了该铸造工艺方案的凝固过程和充型过程,结合球墨铸铁的凝固特点对模拟结果进行分析,最终通过试制,确保相应工装设计制造一次成功。通过生产验证,产品质量稳定,满足了铸件质量的要求。
The casting process for differential carriers of ductile cast iron was designed based on new equilibrium solidification theory, and the filling process and the solidification process of the casting process scheme were simulated using inteCAST software. The simulation results were discussed and analyzed in combination with solidification features of the ductile iron castings. The trial production proves that the initial designed casting process is feasible, and can ensure the success of the corresponding tooling design and the manufacture of the castings. Through the production test, the product quality is stable and can meet the quality requirements of the castings.
