摘要
本文采用ESI 1 2 8导脑电成像系统 ,高时 空分辨率地从大脑皮层的整体来研究穴区神经组织受电刺激时在大脑皮层的兴奋过程。结果发现在 1 7~ 60ms潜伏期的过程中 :①大脑皮层均作为一个整体对电针刺激产生反应 ;并且随着时间进程 ,在额区出现规律性的正负电位相互交替 ,并且和对侧顶区总保持电位相反的衍变过程。②电针合谷诱发电位的第一负成分波幅值显著低于旁开对照点 ,而第二负成分波幅显著高于旁开点。这种差异可能与临床针刺穴位的治疗效应有关。
By means of Electric Brain Signal Imaging 128 channel system (Model ESI 128),we studied the somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) elicited by electrical acupuncture in left LI 4 and its near control point in high spatial temporal resolution. Result showed that, during 17~60 ms after the stimuli was given, ① the whole cerebral cortex all responsed to the stimulation in LI 4; ② on the beginning negative potentials of N 1, the amplitude of SEP by LI 4 stimuli was lower than that by control point, While in the later potentials of N 2, the amplitude of SEP by LI 4 stimuli was markedly higher than that by control point. It proved that the exciting process in cerebral cortex after LI 4 might have some special properties, which might be related to the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture.
