摘要
为确定甘草种子超干贮藏的最佳含水量,采用硅胶干燥法,将甘草种子脱水至含水量为7.0%、5.8%、4.5%、3.3%和2.1%5个梯度,研究了超干处理对甘草种子贮藏适应性的影响。结果表明:甘草种子超干贮藏的含水量为3.3%~7.0%时,种子发芽率都在80%以上,保存效果优于未经超干处理的种子。其中含水量为4.5%的种子发芽率和活力指数均最高,分别为90.41%和17.56。将超干处理含水量为4.5%的甘草种子贮藏一定时间后,发芽率和活力指数均极显著高于未经超干处理的种子,且其抗老化能力也明显优于其他含水量种子。由此可见,超干处理可以提高甘草种子的耐贮藏性,且超干处理的适宜含水量为4.5%。
Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds were dried to different moisture contents ranging from 7.0% to 2. 1% by means of silica gel method to identify the optimum moisture content range. Effect of different moisture contents on the compatibility of ultra-dried seed storage was investigated. The results showed that the optimum moisture content of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds is ranging from 3.3 % to 7.0 %. Within this range,the germinability of the seeds is higher than that of the seeds stored at room temperature with normal moisture content, exhibiting a germination rate above 80 %. The optimum moisture content of the seeds is 4.5 %, with the germination rate of 90.41%. and the vigor index of 17.56. The germinability rate and the vigor index of the ultra- dried seeds(4.5% moisture contents)stored s are obviously higher than that of the control,and the anti-aging ability is better than that of measured with other moisture content. It is concluded that Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds with an ultradrying treatment have better feature resistant to storage,and the appropriate moisture content is 4.5 %.
