摘要
随着我国动漫产业的蓬勃发展,尽快培养适应市场需求的高素质动漫技术人才,已成为我国动漫人才培养的紧迫任务。从国内动漫产业发展与人才需求出发,运用SWOT分析方法对动漫技术人才的培养进行分析。结果表明:加紧培养我国动漫技术人才有着良好的发展环境和巨大的发展机遇,优势明显大于劣势。借鉴国外动漫人才培养经验,提出了相应的策略和路径;提出要改革现有人才培养模式,推动动漫人才的培养。
With the fast development of animation industry,it＇s urgent to train high quality animation technician for market demand on our country animation talent training program.This article tries to analyze the training of animation talent adopting SWOT approach to the point of domestic animation industry development and talent demand.The study shows that it＇s a great development environment and gigantic chance to train our animation talent currently.The advantage is obvious.This article show the relevant strategies and approaches based foreign training experience.The current training performance should be reformed,then promote animation talent training.
