摘要
研究气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)中隔离开关的电弧模型,对于确定快速暂态过电压(VFTO)的波形和频谱有重要意义。首先对GIS隔离开关的操作过电压以及开关电弧进行了理论分析,然后在此基础之上,对3种不同类型的电弧模型进行了阐述和分析,并采用ATP-EMTP软件对各个电弧模型下的VFTO进行了仿真与分析,结果表明电弧模型对VFTO的仿真计算影响很大。最后,对将来VFTO仿真中电弧模型的研究提出了有益的建议和展望,为VFTO仿真模型的完善提供了重要的理论依据。
It is important to research the electric arc model of disconnector in GIS for detecting the wave and frequency spectrum of very fast transient over-voltage (VFFO). This paper analyzes theoretically the VFTO and the switching arc. Based on which, the paper expounds and analyzes 3 different arc models, and also carries out the simulation and analysis of the VFTO under different arc model with ATP-EMTP software. The results show that the arc model is the primary influences on the simulation calculations. Eventually, this paper proposes several suggestions and prospect of further studying the arc model in future, which offers the theory basis for improving the simulation model of the VFTO.
