摘要
在高精密电镀镍钨工艺中,为了保证电镀质量,往往在电镀液中添加各种络合剂等成分。这些成分的引入,为电镀废水的处理带来了困难。文章通过镍钨电镀工艺,对废水处理进行了探索性的试验与研究。
In high-precision nickel-tungsten electroplating process, various kinds of complexing agents are added into the bath solution to guarantee the plating quality, and these complexing agents may cause difficulties in treatment of the electroplating wastewater. The paper makes exploratory test and study on treatment of the wastewater from nickel-tungsten electroplating process.
