摘要
目的观察益气温阳汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将208例CHF患者随机分为2组,治疗组105例采用益气温阳汤配合西药治疗;对照组103例单纯西药治疗。观察2组治疗前后心力衰竭疗效及心功能疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值/舒张晚期二尖瓣血流峰值(E/A)比值。结果治疗组总有效率87.6%,对照组总有效率64.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后LVEF、E/A与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后LVEF、E/A比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组心功能改善优于对照组。结论益气温阳汤可改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状及心功能,改善LVEF、E/A比值。
Objective To observe the effect of combination of Yiqi Wenyang decoction and western medicine on chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 208 CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group（n=105） received Yiqi Wenyang decoction combined with western medicine.Control group（n=103） received western medicine alone.The effect of heart failure and heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,peak early diastolic mitral flow peak/late diastolic mitral flow（E/A ratio） were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.6%.The total effective rate in control group was 64.1%.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on LVEF and E/A in two groups（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between control group and treatment group on LVEF and E/A after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure and heart function,improve LVEF and E/A ratio.
