摘要
研究富金花茯散茶对氧嗪酸钾致高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸代谢与相关酶活性的影响.将60只雄性KM种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组(别嘌呤醇)、茯茶低剂量组(125 mg/kg)、茯茶中剂量组(250mg/kg)、茯茶高剂量组(500 mg/kg).连续灌胃7 d后腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾(300 mg/kg)造模,空白组注射等量蒸馏水.采样后测定小鼠血尿酸(UA)、肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性.造模后,茯茶高剂量组血尿酸浓度较对照组降低35.2%(P<0.05),肝脏XOD及ADA活性抑制率显著,XOD活性降低38%(P<0.05),ADA活性降低53.8%(P<0.05).富金花茯散茶对氧嗪酸钾导致的高尿酸血症有明显的改善作用,其作用机制与其抑制肝脏XOD、ADA活性有关.
It is to study the effect of "Fu Jinhua"Fuzhuan brick tea on the level of uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and to investigate the mechanism initally. Methods: sixty KM mice were divided into normal group,model group, positive drug group(Allopurinol),Fuzhuan low group(125 mg/kg),Fuzhuan middle group(250 mg/kg), Fuzhuan high group(500 mg/kg).Ig 7 days after intarperitoneal injection the potassium oxonate(300 mg/kg)for model,control group were with distilled water. Determination of serum uric acid (UA), liver xanthine oxidase (XOD), adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity. Results: After modeling,the Fuzhuan high group decreased serum uric acid level by 35.2%(P〈O.O5)respectively. Hepatic XOD and ADA activities were reduced significantly by Fuzhuan treatment. Dietary Fuzhuan treatment reduced XOD activity by 38%(P〈0.05),and reduced ADA activity by 53.8%(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Fuzhuan brick tea possesses a potent anti-hyperuricemic effect on potassium oxonate induced hyperuricemia, and the mechanism is relevant in decreasing the activity of liver XOD and ADA.
