摘要
荧光分子探针作为一种有效的金属汞离子检测手段,不仅使用方便,而且具有高灵敏度,高选择性等突出的优点.近年来,随着汞离子荧光分子探针研究的深入,诸多新型材料的设计和投入使用,汞离子荧光分子探针在其合成、离子识别、检测及细胞成像等方面不断取得新的进展.
Fluorescent molecular probes have been developed for the determination of mercuric ions due to their advantages of simplicity, sensitivity and selectivity. Along with the futher studies, design and applica-tions of novel materials in recent years, new progress of fluorescent molecular probes for mercuric ions in the synthesis, ions recognition, detection and the applications in live cell imaging has been achieved.
