随着科学技术的不断发展,企业越来越多的面临新员工入职、员工工作调动、虚拟团队和项目团队的组建,高初始信任的需要日益增强,然而并不是每一次的初始信任都能够迅速而顺利的建立,本文主要在了解组织初始信任的基础上总结四大信任修复模型在组织内部初始信任修复过程中的效用,以期使得企业在最短的时间内修复并建立高初始信任。
With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more enterprises face new staff, employee job transfers, the formation of virtual teams and project teams, and the increasing demand for high initial trust .However, not every initial trust can establish quickly and smoothly. This article, based on understanding the initial trust, summary the effect of the four trust repair model in the repair process within the organization, in order to make sure that enterprises repair and establish a high initial trust in a very short time.
