摘要
在师德建设视域下,关注高校青年教师的人格塑造问题。在分析当前高校青年教师师德建设现状基础上,挖掘高校青年教师师德建设与其人格塑造的关系,提出青年教师人格塑造的有效途径。
Teachers ＇ moral integration is important for development of young teachers. By analysis of the moral integration building of young teachers in high college , the author put for- ward approaches for shaping the character of young teachers.
