摘要
对33例行右心导管术的先天性心脏病患者用放射免疫法测定了心脏不同部位的血浆心钠素(plasma atrial natriuretic factor, PANF)水平以及血浆肾素活性(plasma renin activity, PRA),血管紧张索Ⅱ(angiotensin Ⅱ,AT-Ⅱ),环磷酸鸟苷(cyclic guanosine monophosphate, cGMP),环磷酸腺昔(cyclic adenosine monophosphate, cAMP)浓度。结果肺动脉处PANF水平最高,PANF经肺循环后浓度降低;PANF与cGMP呈显著正相关;与PRA呈负相关。
The plasma ANF level in blood samples withdrawn from different positions of central circulation, PRA , PAT-Ⅱ and cGMP were determined by radioimmuno assay in 33 patients with congerital heart disease undergoing right heart catheterization. The highest plasma ANF level was found in association with the pulmonary artery. There was a significant decrease in ANF concentration through pulmonary circulation. The plasma ANF concentrations were well correlated with plasma cGMP concentrations and negatively with PRA.
