摘要
建立了一种同时测定化妆品中砷和汞的原子荧光法。采用石墨消解处理样品,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定化妆品中砷和汞的含量。结果表明,当砷和汞的质量浓度分别在0~10.000μg·L-1和0~1.800μg·L-1范围内时,原子荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.998和0.995,检出限分别为0.088和0.062μg·L-1,相对标准偏差分别为4.85%和8.54%。将该方法应用于系列化妆品中砷和汞的同时测定,结果满意。
A method for simultaneous detection of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics by atomic fluorescence method was established. After being pretreated with the graphite furnace digestion, arsenic and mercury in cosmetics samples were detected by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence method. Results indicated that relationship between the fluorescence intensities and the mass concentration of arsenic and mercury shows good linearity within range of 0 - 10. 000 μg " L-1 and 0 - 1. 800 μg ·L-1 respectively. The correlation coefficient for arsenic and merecury is 0. 998 and 0. 995 respectively,while the detection limits is 0. 088 and 0. 062 μg ·L-1 respectively, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 4.85% and 8.54% respectively. Consequently, this method can meet the requirements of the standard method and can be applicable to the determination of the cosmetics samples.
