摘要
采用正交试验方法,对超滤膜处理滦河水系统运行参数进行优化,通过设计6因素3水平正交试验,对不同工况下膜系统ΔTMP进行分析,考察系统对浊度和有机物的去除效果。结果表明,不同运行参数对膜污染的影响由大至小排列为:膜通量>周期排空频率>过滤周期>反洗流量>反洗时间>气冲流量;膜系统参数的变化对膜出水水质的影响不显著。将正交试验与加权评分法相结合,综合考虑膜系统出水水质、稳定运行情况及产水率3方面判定因素,得出膜系统优化运行参数为:膜通量18 L/(m2.h),过滤周期90 min,5周期排空1次,反洗体积流量3.2 m3/h,反洗时间60 s,气冲体积流量4.8 m3/h。
The operation parameters in ultrafiltration system for treatment of Luanhe raw water were studied with orthogonal test design. Through four factors and three levels of orthogonal test design, analyzing membrane system ATMP in different operating conditions. The result showed that different effect of operational parameters on membrane fouling from big to small was membrane flux 〉 emptying rate 〉 filter cycle 〉 backwashing flow 〉backwashing time〉air flow. Study the effect on the removal of turbidity and organic matter. The result showed that changes in system parameters had no significant effect on water quality. Combine orthogonal test and weighted score, comprehensive consideration of the water quality of the membrane system, stable operation and the water production rate obtained that the optimum operating parameters was membrane flux 18 L/(m2·h), filter cycle 90 min, emptying once every 5 cycles, backwash flow 3.2 m3/h, backwashing time 60 s, air flow 4.8 m3/h.
