摘要
为提高农用机井灌溉用水利用率,改善传统收费方式,减少水资源浪费,设计研发了农用灌溉机井水电双重计量系统。通过划分管水、售水、用水3个功能模块,利用数据库技术,基于Internet及GPRS的数据传输技术、非接触IC卡射频识别技术,实现了对灌区用水的合理分配和水电计量,并针对目标用户和应用场合的特殊性给出了具体解决方案,在改善收费方式的同时提高了农业用水管理水平。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural motor-pumped well water for irrigation and the traditional fee charging method to reduce the waste of water resources,agricultural irrigation motor-pumped well water and electricity metering system was designed through the division of three functional modules,including water management,water sales and water use,and using database technology,data transmission technology based on Internet and GPRS,non-contact IC card,radio frequency identification technology,to achieve a rational allocation of irrigation water,water and electricity metering.Also,specific solutions are given for the particularity of the target users and applications,both of the charging method and the level of agricultural water management are improved.
