摘要
针对目前平贝母等级筛分机存在堵筛及平贝母破损率高的问题,设计一种与12kW柴油机配套的可一次性完成输送初选、等级分级、风选杂质和收集平贝母等多道工序的螺旋式平贝母等级筛分机。通过虚拟样机技术和田间试验相结合,完成了输送装置、喂入装置、上层圆柱辊筛面、下层螺旋辊筛面和排杂装置有机组合,使机构紧凑合理,平贝母破损率少,透筛性能好。经试验测试,该机具结构简单,通用性好,筛分适应性强,各项性能指标完全满足农艺要求,为开发分段式平贝母联合收获机奠定基础。
Aiming at the problems of plugging and high breakage rate on the current level fritillaria ussuriensis grade screen vessel,designed a 12kW diesel multi-channel spiral Fritillaria ussuriensis maxim of supporting disposable transmission primaries, classification, sorting impurity and collection Fritillaria ussuriensis. Through the virtual prototype technology (VPT) and field trials, completed combinition of the delivery device, the feeding device, the upper cylindrical roller screen surface, the lower spiral roller screen surface and impurity discharging device. It was a reasonably compact body of lower fritillary breakage rate and better penetrating performance. The device had the advantages of simple structure, good versatility and strong sieving adaptability. All of performance indicators fully conformed to the agronomic requirements by testing. This study laid the foundation for the development of sectional type combine harvester .
