摘要
将废旧橡胶颗粒用于制备墙体抹面砂浆,不仅可利废,还可改善砂浆的性能。为此,采用正交试验研究利用废旧橡胶颗粒抹面砂浆的合理配合比,考证4个水平因素:橡胶颗粒用量、改性方法、可再分散乳胶粉用量和纤维素醚用量。以抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冲击性能、收缩率与拉伸黏结强度为考核指标,制备抗裂性能最佳的废旧橡胶集料抹面砂浆。结果表明:橡胶集料抹面砂浆的最佳配合比选用40目橡胶颗粒、用量为25%,可再分散乳胶粉用量为12kg/m3,改性方法选用KH-550,纤维素醚用量为1.8kg/m3。
Applying waste rubber particle to surface mortar of preparation wall can not only utilize the waste, but also improve the mor tar performance.Therefore, based on orthogonal method to study and utilize the rational proportion on surface mortar of waste crumb rub ber, the experiment was designed with four parameters:rubber particles dosage, modification methods, redispersion latex powder dosage and cellulose ether dosage, and five vital performance indicators, such as compressive strength, flexural strength, impact resistance, shrink age rate and tensile bond strength were tested to check the mortar indexes.After comprehensive design of the test, surface mortar with opti mum crack resistance performances are produced.The results showed that optimum proportion on surface mortar of rubber aggregate was confirmed as the following: 40 mesh rubber particles ( 25% ), redispersion latex powder ( 12 kg/m3 ), modifier (KH550), cellulose ether amount( 1.8 kg/m3).
