摘要
卡介菌多糖核酸具有免疫调节、抗感染、抗过敏及抗肿瘤等作用,临床应用广泛,可用于过敏性疾病、病毒感染性疾病等多种免疫功能失调疾病的治疗。本文就卡介菌多糖核酸的药理特性及临床应用进展作一综述。
The BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid has immunoregulatory function, anti-inflammatory activities, anti- allergy effects and anti-tumor effects, etc. So it can be used for the treatment of many kinds of immune function disor- der disease, such as allergic disease, virus infectious diseases and so on. The pharmacological property and clinical application progress of BCG-polysaceharide nucleic acid is reviewed in this article.
