摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期实施护理干预措施,对提高手术治疗临床疗效的影响。方法:将入院的80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者根据实施护理干预的方法分为观察组、对照组各40例。观察组给予一系列围手术期护理,包括术前、术中及术后护理;对照组仅给予常规护理,比较2组的护理效果及并发症发生率情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组术后发生切口感染、腹腔感染、肠瘘、残余脓肿、肠粘连等低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施一系列围手术期护理干预措施,可降低术后并发症的发生率,减轻患者经济负担,缩短手术时间,提高手术效果。
Objective：To explore the influence of increasing clinical effects of surgery through implementing perioperative care intervention to laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method：Eighty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases each group.The observation group received perioperative care and the control group routine care.The effects of nursing and the incidence of complications of both groups were compared.Result：The observation group was obviously lower than the control group in operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,activity time,hospitalization time and the cost,the differences were significant（P0.05）;the observation group was lower than the control group in incision infection,abdominal infection,intestinal fistula,residual abscess,intestinal adhesion and others（P0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative care intervention administered to the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,lighten the patients’economic load,shorten surgical time and improve surgical effects.
