摘要
目的探讨在妇科肿瘤患者中应用PICC置管的护理措施。方法选取本院妇科2009年8月～2012年8月患有肿瘤的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理方式。结果观察组患者静脉炎发生率为4.0%,对照组静脉炎发生率为14.0%,观察组较对照组并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在采用PICC置管的妇科肿瘤化疗患者中,采用相应的护理措施,可以有效地减少并发症,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of PICC indwelling catheter in patients with gynecological oncology. Methods One hundred cases of patients with gynecological oncology in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group were 50 cases. The observation group adopted nursing intervention measures while the control group adopted routine nursing method. Results The phlebitis occurrence rate of observation group was 4.0% while that of control group was 14.0%. Complication occurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Among the gynecological oncology patients who adopt PICC indwelling catheter in chemotherapy, it can effectively decrease complications and relieve the pain of patients by take relevant nursing measures, so it is worth being widely applied in clinical work.
