替吉奥静脉联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌腹水患者的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨替吉奥静脉联合腹腔治疗方案在胃癌腹水中的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年10月-2012年10月于笔者所在医院治疗的胃癌并发腹水的120例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗组)60例,对照组(传统疗法组)60例,观察替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗方案在胃癌腹水中的临床应用疗效。结果:观察组4例腹水量为重度,比例为6.67%,明显低于对照组18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后45例(75.00%)疗效为CR+PR,明显高于对照组51.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌并发腹水,效果较好,可以推广。
