非小细胞肺癌组织中抗癌1号和组织抑制因子-1、基质金属蛋白酶-9表达与临床生物学行为关系 被引量:7

Expression of Kang Ail, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and their correlations to clinicopathologic features of non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 【摘要】目的观察抗癌1号(KAI1)和组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶.9(MMP-9)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达,探讨它与临床生物学的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测73例NSCLC、51例相应的癌旁和13例非肿瘤性肺组织的KAI1和TIMP-1、MMP-9的表达,采用,检验和Pearson分析临床生物学行为的相关性。结果NSCLC和癌旁非肿瘤组织中,KAI1和TIMP-1阳性率(39.7%、74.0%和90.6%、37.5%)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而MMP-9阳性率(79.4%和67.4%)差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在NSCLC组织中,KAI1检出率与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤类型差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),TIMP-1、MMP-9的检出率与TNM分期、淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),三者检出率与年龄、性别无明显相关;KAI1的表达与TIMP-1、MMP-9呈负相关。结论A11和TIMP-1、MMP-9均与肺癌的发展转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of Kang Ail (KAI1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) issue and their correlations to elinieopathologic features of NSCLC. Methods The expression of KAll and TIMP-1, MMP-9 in 73 specimens of NSCLC, 51 specimens of corresponding adjacent tissues, and 13 specimens of no cancerous lung tissues was assessed by using immunohistochemistry. Their correlations to clinicopathologie features were analyzed by using Chi-square test and Pearson analysis. Results The positive rate of KAI1 and TIMP-1 was significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than in adjacent tissues and no-cancerous lung tissues (39. 7% vs. 90. 6% , 74. 0% vs. 37. 5% ,P 〈0. 05), and MMP-9 had no significant change (79. 4% vs. 67.4% ,P 〉0. 05). The expression of KAI1 was correlated to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, histologic subtype and differentiation ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the TIMP-1 and MMP-9 were correlated to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but they not to age and sex (P 〉 0. 05 ). The expression of KAI1 was negatively correlated to the expression of TIMP-1 and MMP-9. Conclusion The KAI1, TIMP-1 and MMP-9 are related to development of lung cancer.
