摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在肺癌手术患者围术期的应用及效果。方法将160例肺癌手术患者随机分为两组，对照组（n=80）行普通护理，试验组（n=80）行围术期舒适护理，通过观测两组患者术前和术后生命体征、情绪和不良反应，对比两种护理的效果。结果试验组患者在心理、生理等方面均有改善，术后随访满意率高达99％。结论围术期舒适护理的应用能确保肺癌手术患者顺利完成手术，减少术后并发症，进而大大提高了护理质量。
Objective To discuss the application and effect of the perioperative comfortable nursing for patients with lung cancer operation. Methods Totaled of 160 patients with lung cancer operation were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group with 80 cases were given routine nursing and the experimental with 80 patients group were given perioperative comfortable nursing. It was observed and the vital signs, emotion and side - effects before and after operation of the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The patients of exper- imental group had great improve about psychology and physiology. The patient＇s satisfaction was increased to 99% by follow - up after opera- tion. Conclusions The perioperative comfortable nursing can insure the lung cancer operation was completed smoothly and decrease side - effect after operation. The qualities of nursing can be advanced consumedly.
