摘要
科学分析了我国林业建设的新形势,从四方面深刻阐述了大力推进生态文明建设的战略意义。提出林业在生态文明建设中应担当保护自然生态系统、实施重大生态修复工程、构建生态安全格局、推进绿色发展、建设美丽中国、为应对全球气候变化作贡献的六大职责;提出要科学谋划林业工作总体思路,着力构建推进生态文明建设六大体系;提出要抓好五方面重点工作,努力完成发展生态林业和民生林业总任务,努力实现建设生态文明的总目标。
The paper does the scientific analysis of the new situation of China＇s forestry construction, from four as- pects and expounds vigorously push forward the strategic significance of the construction of ecological civilization; put forward the six functions of forestry should play in the construction of ecological civilization, such as to protect the natural ecological system, the implementation of major ecological restoration projects, construction of ecological security pattern, to promote green development, to build the beautiful China, to deal with the global climate change in the construction of ecological civilization. Puts forward to scientific planning of forestry general thinking, good capacity of construction of ecological civilization. Grasp the five major tasks, and strive to achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction, efforts to complete the task, the total development of ecological forestry and the livelihood forestry.
