摘要
本文创建了500kV及以上跨省跨区域输电线路传输能力评价体系,首先对我国目前500kV线路运行的现状进行分析,结合影响500kV输电传输能力的因素,创建评价线路传输能力的具体指标。然后结合模糊理论综合评判法创建了对500kV输电线路传输能力的综合评判步骤。
A system of guideline to assess the 500kV interconnected grid＇s transfer capability is created in the textual.The present conditions of 500kV power grid and affective factors is analyzed,and set up many specific indicators firstly.And then fuzzy integrated evaluation theory is used to establish the evaluation steps.At last some neighbor districts＇real grid data is used as an example to test the system.The result show that evaluation system can meet the demand of estimate 500kV interconnected power grid＇s transfer capability.
